3. Account Management

One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active 777ch account. Players must notify 777ch support if they suspect a duplicate account has been created in their name.

Account verification: 777ch may request identity verification documents at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a period of 90 consecutive days. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative review. Players will be contacted using the registered details before any action is taken on an inactive account.

Account closure: You may request to close your 777ch account at any time by contacting our support team. Where a self-exclusion request is submitted, 777ch will process the exclusion promptly. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via your last-used withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 777ch are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and Bank Transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 777ch account promptly following confirmation from your chosen payment provider. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe applicable to your chosen payment method. Withdrawal conditions: Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, any associated wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Real-money deposits that have not been used to claim a bonus remain withdrawable at any time subject to standard verification checks.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• 777ch reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before a player has claimed it if abuse of the offer is suspected.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any uncompleted wagering requirements or unconverted bonus funds at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Bets placed on events with artificially reduced risk — such as betting on both outcomes of a market — may not count towards wagering requirements and may result in the voiding of associated bonus funds.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The 777ch Sports section covers Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, and ICC tournaments — as well as Football, Esports, and other major global sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted only when confirmed on screen with a bet ID generated by the system. 777ch is not responsible for bets that were not successfully placed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, and player account level.
• Odds changes: For pre-match bets, odds are locked at the time of confirmation. For in-play bets, odds may fluctuate rapidly and the confirmed odds at the moment of acceptance will apply.
• Match postponement: If a match is postponed and not played within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.
• Abandoned matches: For Cricket, if a match is abandoned before a result can be determined under the applicable format rules (D/L method where applicable), bets will be settled according to official tournament rules or voided where no official result is declared.
• Void bets: Where a bet is declared void, the stake is returned to the player's account balance. In accumulator bets, voided selections are treated as non-runners and the accumulator continues with remaining selections at revised odds.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as declared by the governing body of the sport or tournament. 777ch uses official sources for result confirmation. Settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation.
• Errors: Where bets have been accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a system error or human error, 777ch reserves the right to void those bets. Players will be notified where this occurs.
